Overview

A bootstrapped founder had a clear problem, a clear market, and a hard deadline — their runway was real. They needed a working SaaS: proper auth, Stripe subscriptions, usage-based metering, a customer-facing dashboard, and an admin panel to manage it all. No shortcuts that would cost them later. We scoped tightly, cut nothing important, and shipped in 6 weeks. They had 3 paying customers before the project was even closed out.
