A Series A startup was running their entire operations across 12 different tools — Airtable, Typeform, Notion, Slack bots, and a handful of custom scripts no one fully understood. Every new hire took a week just to figure out where things lived. We consolidated everything into one modular platform: configurable forms, approval workflows, and automated routing. Their ops team now ships process changes in an afternoon, not a sprint.
